Sonnie Linebarger, RN.

Sonnie is a transformative and visionary leader in hospice care, bringing over 25 years of healthcare experience from CNA to CEO. This unique journey combines deep clinical compassion with operational excellence and strategic M&A innovation. As CEO of Cadre Hospice, she's driven by her vision of providing world-class end-of-life care to those facing their final chapter. Sonnie leads with heart and strategic acumen, building cultures anchored in empathy, empowerment, and exceptional performance. Her leadership philosophy is simple: people matter. She champions environments where human potential is actively cultivated through mentorship, development, and transformation.

Chief Operating Officer

Brandi Bratsafolis, PT, DPT, CCI

Brandi is a dynamic, results-driven healthcare executive whose career began as a physical therapist and evolved into a leadership role with more than 15 years of progressive experience in hospice, home health, and post-acute care. She combines a deep clinical foundation with strong operational acumen and a proven ability to scale organizations across multi-site, multi-state platforms.
Brandi’s expertise spans mergers & acquisitions, financial management, clinical integration, regulatory compliance and cultural transformation. She has led organizations through rapid growth, including census expansion, de novo development and strategic acquisitions, consistently delivering record-high EBITDA margins and industry-leading employee retention.
A strategic operator and respected culture builder, Brandi is committed to delivering truly patient-centered care and sustainable, high-quality outcomes.

Chief Clinical Officer

Tonia Barrier, MSN, RN

Tonia is a seasoned hospice and palliative care leader with over two decades of experience spanning frontline operations, regional leadership, and executive strategy. She has held diverse roles—including Director of Operations, Regional Clinical Director, National Director of Care Transition, Legal Nurse Consultant, RVP of Clinical, SVP of Operations, and now Chief Clinical Officer at Cadre Hospice. Tonia brings deep expertise in quality management, regulatory compliance, operational oversight, program development, and interdisciplinary team leadership. Her broad perspective equips her to drive innovation, ensure clinical excellence, and champion compassionate, patient-centered care at every level of the organization.

Senior Vice President of Finance

Greg Chartier

Greg is a CPA with over 15 years of experience spanning healthcare, venture capital, and growth-stage companies and has held CFO and senior finance roles at Inbound Health, Takeoff Technologies, and F-Prime Capital. He brings deep expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, accounting and reporting, capital allocation, investor relations and team building. Greg is passionate about aligning finance with purpose and partners across the executive team to drive scalable growth, ensure financial integrity, and support the company’s mission to deliver exceptional hospice and palliative care.
